AmaZaitini: Açaí Coffee Martini
This is a rich and sophisticated cocktail that combines the bold flavor of espresso with the smoothness of coffee liqueur and vodka. It's the perfect pick-me-up for any evening.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa or Tia Maria)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) freshly brewed AmaZai, chilled
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) simple syrup (optional, for a sweeter drink)
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 Amazai roasted seeds (for garnish) 

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Strainer (if your shaker doesn't have one)
  • Chilled martini glass

Instructions

  1. Chill Your Glass: Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink. 

  2. Combine Ingredients: Fill your cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, chilled AmaSai, and simple syrup.

  3. Shake Vigorously: Secure the lid and shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. 

  4. Strain and Pour: Remove the ice from your chilled martini glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. 

  5. Garnish: Garnish with three Amazai roasted beans in the center of the foam.
