Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped by Amazonie LLC (Operating as Drink Amazai) from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of receiving the order confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery estimates are calculated from the moment the package leaves our facility, not from the time the order is placed.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

4. Shipping Scope

We currently only ship to customers within the United States.

5. Damages

Amazonie LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • However, if you believe the damage occurred due to poor packaging or a product defect, please refer to Section 3 ("Damaged or Incorrect Items") of our Return & Refund Policy for replacement instructions.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If a package is returned to Amazonie LLC due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the order.

  • If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund.

  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@drinkamazai.com before the order is processed and shipped.
