30 ml (1 fl oz) Cold Amazai (brewed and chilled)

7.5 ml (0.25 fl oz) 1883 Gingerbread Syrup

Garnish: Thin strip of Bahia orange peel

Instructions
Prepare the Glass: Fill your serving glass to the top with fresh ice cubes to ensure the drink stays crisp.
Build the Base: Pour the Schweppes Citrus and the gingerbread syrup directly over the ice.
The Finish: Gently pour the Cold Amazai on top. If poured slowly, it will create a beautiful layered effect before mixing.
Garnish & Serve: Finish the drink with a thin strip of Bahia orange peel to release the citrus aromatics. Enjoy immediately!
