AmaZai : Vanilla Sparkler

A crisp and effervescent pick-me-up. This light and refreshing drink combines the smooth, roasted notes of our Cold Amazai with the sweet warmth of vanilla and the lively fizz of sparkling water. It's the perfect afternoon refresher.

Yields: 1 serving Prep time: 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 fl oz) Sparkling water

  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) Cold Amazai (brewed and chilled)

  • 7.5 ml (0.25 fl oz) 1883 Vanilla Syrup

  • Ice cubes

  • Garnish: Fresh mint leaf

Equipment

  • Rocks glass or tumbler

  • Jigger or measuring tool

Instructions

Prepare the Glass: Fill your rocks glass with ice cubes.

Build the Base: Pour the sparkling water and the vanilla syrup directly over the ice. Give it a quick, gentle stir.

The Finish: Slowly pour the Cold Amazai over the top to create a beautiful layered effect.

Garnish & Serve: Clap a fresh mint leaf between your hands to release its aroma and place it on top of the drink. Serve immediately.
